	Geltex Pharmaceuticals
	Laboratories and Offices for Research & Development	AEI provided complete design/build renovations to an existing 25,000 square foot building, demolished down to the shell and reconstructed to house the Research and Development Facility. Laboratories, including chemistry, analytical, scale up and quality control, as well as an animal facility and administrative offices were constructed. Scope of work ranged from new utilities and structural steel to building facades and interior finishes.
