	Celia's Restaurant
		This restaurant embodies an eclectic use of construction materials not limited to copper, stainless steel, plastic and particle board. The work required complete top to bottom finishes, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Engineering and construction was completed on a fast track basis within tight budgetary constraints.
