	Biogen One Corporate Headquarters
	Corporate Lobby & Board Room	AEI completed a top to bottom retrofit of this 150,000 square foot building. The work included a new lobby, board room, offices, cafeteria and data center. Mechanical rework, along with a backup generator and UPS equipment for the data center, presented special challenges.
